The challenge
A border logistics operation running on spreadsheets. Merchandise stored across warehouses, carriers to pay, local deliveries to dispatch and international bills of lading — every movement needed a single system of record.
What we built
- Shipment and folio tracking across warehouses and statuses
- Storage management with automatic payables per carrier and payment receipts
- Local delivery operations with mobile support for floor staff
- International documentation (bills of lading) attached to each movement
- Role-based access with a complete audit trail
