The challenge
A multi-site maintenance operation: workshops and parts warehouses in several locations, quotes from multiple suppliers, treasury approvals, consignment stock and retreaded core parts — all moving between roles under daily operational pressure.
What we built
- End-to-end procurement flow: requests → quotes → purchase orders → approval → receiving
- Inventory across general, consignment and core warehouses, with transfers between sites
- Role-based permissions for mechanics, warehouse, purchasing, treasury and couriers
- Price snapshots and a full audit trail of every step
- Dashboards and statistics for maintenance cost control
